Last year animal lovers came from all walks of life to make the fourth annual Race For The Rescues a huge success.
They came to be the voice for homeless dogs and cats waiting for love in our city shelters.
They came to celebrate & give the gift of life.
In the past four years, Race For The Rescues raised over $300,000 to help support ten non-profit rescue groups. Once again we are proud to say not one dog or cat from this adoption day went back to a city shelter to face euthanasia. Help us meet our goal this year to send those city shelter trucks back EMPTY!

Race For The Rescues is A 5K, 10K Run/Walk (dogs welcome)
or Kids Fun Run to benefit:
A Dog's Life Rescue, Animal Alliance, Best Friends Animal Society, Four Legged Friends Foundation, The Jason Heigl Foundation, Molly’s Mutts & Meows, Operation Heroes & Hounds, The Ozzy Foundation, Stray Cat Alliance & The Rescue Train.
Each year, these nine non-profit animal rescues save, house, give medical treatment and find loving homes for
approximately 2,500 once-forgotten animals.
